I grew up in a real estate family, and first earned my license at the age of nineteen. This gave me foundational knowledge of the nuances of home buying and selling, it is in my blood. Yet, that is not my secret weapon. What is? I received my post-license training at the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board (VIREB). VIREB, though a mid-sized Board, has been at the leading edge of technology and Internet promotion across Canada for decades. Once re-licensed in January 2014 I specifically returned to VIREB for post-licensing to focus on Internet proficiency to best market your home in this age of information.

Training in diverse markets has taught me supplemental approaches to real estate sales and unique ways in which to communicate, and promote properties. A professional snapshot from your deck, a feel-good photo in your kitchen, a sunny capture of your backyard can engage a purchaser immediately; creating excitement, inquiries, and offers.
